Lead Mechanic (Full Time, Days)

Finger Lakes Health - Huntington Living Center, Waterloo, NY

Education:
Minimum: High School education.
Preferred: Additional training in engineering technologies and Building Controls Experience.

License/Certifications: Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested. EPA Certification for Refrigerant recovery. 

Education:
Minimum: Minimum of 3 years in building operations and maintenance, commercial refrigeration and HVAC installation and maintenance and/or equivalent experience in electrical.
Preferred: Prior leadership experience

Other:
Minimum: Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested. Demonstrated leadership abilities. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling. Computer literacy.
