Charged with dramatically increasing both the quality and size of Keuka College’s prospect pool, the Office of Advancement will play a key role in the overall growth of private philanthropy at the College. Development Directors will be based in Keuka Park and deployed geographically. They will originate prospect/donor activity and coordinate all Advancement work in their assigned regions. Extensive travel is required. Directors will need to work collegially with the academic units and Alumni and Family Relations staff. They will carry a portfolio of approximately 200 and work to qualify 150 prospects and make a minimum of 150 face-to-face visits per year.
Development Directors are expected to be full and active members of the Advancement team and of the broader Keuka College team, participating in strategy and planning, and contributing their ideas and counsel particularly as they relate to their assigned regions.
